Software and automation for clinics and digital health teams

Most of our work so far has been in healthcare. Clinics lose patients to unanswered phones, lose hours to retyping intake forms, and lose revenue to no-shows nobody had time to confirm. We fix those specific problems, with the care that patient data needs.

The problems we're usually asked to fix

  • Calls after 6pm go unanswered

Patients call in the evening, after their own working day. If nobody picks up, they book with the next clinic on the list.

  • No-shows nobody had time to prevent

Confirmation calls take the front desk's whole morning, so they get skipped on busy days. Those are the days the chairs sit empty.

  • Intake forms typed in twice

Paper or PDF forms are retyped into the practice system. Details go missing and the clinician starts the visit without them.

  • Records that disagree

Patient details live in the booking tool, the CRM and the billing system. They drift apart and monthly reporting takes days.

Healthcare projects

Before you start

Patient data

We are not HIPAA or SOC 2 certified, and we don't claim to be. We build the way those frameworks expect: least-privilege access, an audit log on every change, encryption in transit and at rest where the stack supports it, and separate test and production environments.

For UAE patients, health data generally has to stay in the country under Federal Law No. 2 of 2019, and Dubai and Abu Dhabi health authorities add their own rules. We design for in-country storage where required, and we flag early on when that narrows the choice of AI or voice provider. For UK clients we work to UK GDPR, and for US clients we use vendors that will sign a BAA where one is needed.

Questions from healthcare teams

If it has an API or a reliable export, yes. Many clinic systems in the region have limited APIs, so we check yours in the first call and suggest a workaround, such as a calendar or CRM in the middle, if needed.
