Clinic group and insurance support team, GCCAI agents

AI triage for a clinic group's shared inbox

Each request goes to the right person as it arrives.

The problem

Requests arrived by email, WhatsApp and phone into one inbox. Someone spent hours a day sorting them, and urgent items sat unnoticed behind routine ones.

What we built

We built an agent that reads every incoming request, works out what it is about, pulls out the key details and routes it to the right owner with the context attached. If something urgent sits unanswered too long, the team gets an alert.

How it works

  1. 01A request arrives by email or WhatsApp
  2. 02The agent reads it, decides what it is about and how urgent it is, and pulls out who, what and by when
  3. 03It routes the request to the right owner with those details attached
  4. 04Anything still unanswered past its deadline triggers an alert

  3. 03Slack

Results

  • Each request is routed on arrival instead of waiting for someone to sort the inbox.
  • Urgent requests raise an alert before they go late, rather than after a patient complains.
  • Sorting the inbox is no longer part of anyone's morning.
