The problem
Patients forgot appointments, chairs sat empty, and the team spent every morning on the phone confirming visits instead of looking after the patients in front of them.
What we built
We set up reminders that go out on WhatsApp before each visit, with buttons to confirm or reschedule. If a patient reschedules, they are offered real open slots straight away, so the chair gets filled instead of left empty.
How it works

- 02Three days before, the patient gets a WhatsApp reminder
- 03The day before, a second message arrives with confirm and reschedule buttons
- 04A patient who taps reschedule is offered open slots from the live calendar
- 05The calendar and patient record update, and the team starts the day with a confirmed list
