An AI receptionist for a Dubai wellness clinic

The front desk went home at 6pm, but patients kept calling in the evening, after their own working day. Every unanswered call was a patient who booked with the next clinic on the list.

We built an AI receptionist that answers every call outside opening hours, in Arabic or English. It answers common questions, finds an open slot in the clinic's real calendar, books the visit and sends the patient a WhatsApp confirmation. The front desk sees every call and transcript the next morning.
