Data deletion instructions

1. Email privacy@encnt.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your username on the platform (Facebook name, Instagram or Threads handle) so we can find your records.
3. We delete your comment and message records within 30 days and confirm by email.

You can also send “delete my data” as a direct message to our Instagram account or Facebook Page.

Your comments, messages, username, account ID and any notes we made about the conversation. Aggregate post statistics (such as total likes on a post) contain no personal information and are not affected.

Comments you posted publicly stay on Facebook, Instagram or Threads until you delete them there. You can also remove our app's access in your account settings under Apps and Websites.
