Three disconnected systems now stay in sync.

The problem

Patient information lived in three systems that didn't talk to each other. Staff retyped the same details again and again, records drifted out of date, and monthly reports took days to put together.

What we built

We connected the systems so a change made in one flows to the others, cleaned and checked for duplicates first. Sensitive changes wait for a person to approve them, and every change is written to an audit log, which is what the compliance team asked for.
