A small studioon Sheikh Zayed Road

Encnt builds automations, AI agents and custom software for businesses in the GCC, the UK and the US. The person you speak to on the first call is the person responsible for what gets built.

Why Encnt exists

Background
Full-stack developer
Based in
Dubai, UAE
Time zone
GMT+4, all year

I started Encnt after years of watching capable people in clinics and service businesses spend half their day as the glue between tools that don't talk to each other.

I'm a full-stack developer, and I still write code on most projects. When you work with us, you work with me from the first call to launch, along with the engineers I bring in for larger builds. There are no account managers and no hand-offs to people you've never met.

Some of what you pay for every month could be replaced by a small piece of software. Some of it couldn't. Working out which is which is what the first call is for.

We also build and run two products of our own, HealIndex and our voice agent platform. So we pay the same hosting bills and deal with the same outages, model updates and support requests our clients do.

Rules we keep on every project

Some tasks should stay manual

Work that happens twice a month and takes ten minutes costs more to automate than it saves. We leave it alone and spend the budget where it pays back.

  • You own everything

Code in your repository, workflows in your accounts, logins in your password manager. Another team can take over without asking us.

  • A person approves the risky steps

Anything that sends money, changes a medical or financial record, or speaks to a customer in a new way waits for a human yes until it has earned trust.

  • Numbers with a baseline, or no numbers

We measure before we build, so when we say no-shows went down, we can show you from what to what.

  • Mainstream tools only

Next.js, n8n, Postgres and the large model providers. Nothing obscure that only we know how to run.

One studio, clients in five countries

Dubai is on GMT+4 all year, so our working day overlaps fully with the UK and partly with the US East Coast. Calls with Riyadh and Doha happen in the same hours as calls with Dubai.

Data

How we handle your data

Full detail is in our privacy policy.

  • Built to HIPAA and SOC 2 habits

We are not certified. We build the way those frameworks expect: least-privilege access, an audit log on every change, encryption in transit and at rest, and separate test and production.

  • Your systems, your accounts

Code sits in your repository and workflows in your accounts, so nothing important lives only with us.

  • AI sees only what it needs

Models get only the data a task needs, through business APIs that don't train on it. Sensitive steps wait for a person to approve them.

  • NDAs and data agreements

We sign NDAs and data processing agreements. For UAE health data we design for in-country storage where the law requires it.
