Multi-tenant from the start
Every product we build keeps each customer's data separate at the database level, with tenant checks on every request. It is much cheaper to do this in the first release than to retrofit it after the tenth customer.
We build software products that other businesses pay for. That usually means accounts and teams, a billing plan, an admin panel, and enough of the core feature that a first customer will pay for it. We have built and run our own: HealIndex gives every therapist a site from one dashboard, and our voice agent platform is live on this website.
A good fit if
Probably not a fit if
Sign-up, login, roles and invitations, with each customer's data kept separate from every other customer's.
Plans, trials and invoices through Stripe, with the customer portal for card changes and cancellations.
A back office where you can see customers, usage and payments, and help a customer without touching the database.
The one thing customers are paying for, built properly, measured and ready to improve from real usage.

01
One or two weeks to agree the smallest version a customer would pay for, the screens, the data model and a fixed price.
02
Working software on a staging link every week. You click through it, we change it, and nothing is a surprise at the end.
03
Production infrastructure, monitoring, backups, error alerts and analytics, so you know what customers do from day one.
04
A monthly plan for new features and fixes, driven by what customers use most, or a handover to your own team.

Most first releases take 8 to 14 weeks after scoping. Smaller tools can be faster. We'd rather ship something narrow and solid than something broad that breaks with ten users.
