Delivering comprehensive primary care for adult patients managing 20–30 OPD patients daily across acute and chronic medical conditions. Maintained accurate EMR documentation and clinical summaries; collaborated with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care. Counselled patients on lifestyle modification, medication adherence, and preventive health strategies.

Served as Medical Officer In-Charge, independently managing day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the BHU. Led high-volume OPD providing comprehensive primary care across medicine, gynaecology, obstetrics, and paediatrics. Conducted normal vaginal deliveries, intrapartum monitoring, and immediate post-delivery maternal & neonatal care. Performed basic obstetric ultrasound scans and managed medical and obstetric emergencies including acute abdomen, postpartum haemorrhage, and hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Supervised paramedical staff, midwives, and LHVs; coordinated referrals to secondary and tertiary care centres.

Independently ran Medical OPD and Gynaecology OPD managing high-volume patients; conducted antenatal care, postnatal follow-ups, and normal vaginal deliveries. Performed and interpreted basic obstetric ultrasound scans; managed emergency cases, triage, and initial stabilisation. Led full clinic operations as Clinic In-Charge: supervised nursing, reception, and support staff; managed OPD scheduling, inventory, pharmacy coordination, and infection control protocols.

Completed structured rotations across Cardiology (ECG interpretation, MI management, SK protocol, temporary pacing), General Medicine (acute illness management, ascitic tap, CVP, LP, ABG sampling), General Surgery (suturing, chest intubation, open appendectomy, wound debridement), and Ophthalmology (slit-lamp examinations, foreign-body removal, chalazion excision).
